To support delivery of our services, ShuttleCloud may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data or Personal Information (a “Subprocessor” from now on). This page provides information about each Subprocessor.

Location: United States*.
Use: Hosting and operating our migration services, including storage, processing, monitoring and logs. Google Workspace also handles service-related email that may contain customer data.
sendgrid.com
Location: United States*.
Use: Sending transactional emails, including notifications that a migration has completed or failed.
helpscout.com
Location: United States*.
Use: Managing support requests sent to support, including information users provide to investigate their questions.
slack.com
Location: United States*.
Use: Internal service alerts and coordination of support tickets, which may include customer data needed to investigate an issue.
shuttlecloud.com
Location: Spain.
Use: Our Spanish subsidiary provides operational and technical support for migration services. Authorized personnel may access and process customer data as needed to deliver and support those services on behalf of ShuttleCloud Corp.

Due to the nature of our business, our needs and service providers may change from time to time. For example, we may stop using a service provider to consolidate and minimize our use of service providers. We will periodically update this page to reflect additions and removals to our list of service providers.
